Our Approach
Privacy is a core principle at Seeleaks. We gather only what is strictly needed to run the platform reliably and securely. We never retain or redistribute leak data, and we keep our handling of your information transparent.
What We Collect
Only the essentials for account and subscription management:
- Telegram user ID (account identifier);
- Unique account UUID;
- API key (stored only as a cryptographic hash);
- Plan details and subscription dates.
Nothing else. Results returned by intelligence services are not stored on our side, with one narrow exception: repeating the exact same search within a couple of minutes may be served from a short-lived in-memory cache instead of re-querying upstream, so it isn't charged twice. That cache lives only in server RAM, is never written to disk, and is gone within minutes on its own.
Purpose of Processing
The limited data we hold serves exactly two purposes: authenticating your API requests and administering your plan. We never sell, rent, or hand your information to third parties for marketing.
Security
We protect your data with industry-standard practices: encrypted communications across the whole API surface, robust authentication protocols, need-to-know internal access, and recurring security reviews and updates.
Subscriptions & Refunds
Seeleaks does not issue refunds. Plans can be upgraded or downgraded; no other financial adjustments or reimbursements are available.
Cookies
We use zero cookies — no analytics, no trackers, no session cookies. The platform runs entirely cookie-free.
Upstream Intelligence Services
To serve results, Seeleaks forwards queries to external OSINT providers. None of the data they return is persisted by us; your account record contains subscription information only.

We accept no responsibility for decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from platform use — how you act on the information you retrieve is entirely on you. The service exists solely for lawful, ethical use; any unlawful use is the user's sole responsibility.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, use the data removal form or contact support.
