Agreement
Using Seeleaks in any way means you accept these Terms of Use in full. These Terms form a binding contract between you and Seeleaks. If you disagree with any part of them, stop using the platform.
What Seeleaks Is
Seeleaks is a unified REST interface that routes queries to a variety of third-party intelligence sources, intended for legitimate cybersecurity work, threat intelligence, fraud investigation, and research. Seeleaks does not host, generate, own, or market any database of leaked or breached records — it is strictly a search gateway to external providers.
Your Obligations
As a Seeleaks user, you commit to:
- Operating within the bounds of every law applicable to you, locally and internationally;
- Never leveraging the platform for stalking, harassment, intimidation, doxxing, or any unlawful end;
- Not probing, attacking, or attempting to defeat the platform's security or rate-limiting mechanisms;
- Treating your API key as a secret and never disclosing it to people who shouldn't have it;
- Not flooding the service with automated abuse or infrastructure-heavy requests;
- Owning every action performed through your account, without exception.
Breaking any of these commitments can lead to immediate termination of your access, with no refund issued.
Subscriptions & Payments
Seeleaks runs on subscription plans with published pricing, billed securely through our payment processors. By subscribing you accept that:
- Payments are definitive and will not be refunded, in any scenario;
- Subscriptions auto-renew each period unless cancelled beforehand;
- Pricing for new sign-ups may change with prior notice, while active subscriptions keep their original rate;
- Accounts terminated for a breach of these Terms forfeit any unused portion of their period.
Fair Use of the API
- Keys are strictly personal and attached to a single account;
- "Unlimited" tiers remain subject to fair-use thresholds so service stays healthy for everyone;
- Abusive patterns — runaway automation, loops, intentional disruption — trigger instant suspension;
- Rate limits may be enforced at any time to protect the platform;
- You may build your own service on top of Seeleaks, as long as the key stays hidden server-side and is never shipped to your own users. Whatever happens through your key — direct or proxied — remains your responsibility.
External Data Sources
Seeleaks aggregates results from independent intelligence providers. Consequently:
- We neither validate nor warrant the accuracy, completeness, or freshness of anything a provider returns;
- Data coverage shifts with the upstream sources and is outside our control;
- We bear no responsibility for the policies or conduct of those external services;
- Outages or gaps on the provider side may degrade or interrupt results without notice.
Liability
The platform is delivered "as is," with no warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows: Seeleaks takes no responsibility for the way you use retrieved information; all risks tied to OSINT data usage rest with you; we exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss; and our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or permanently close any account, at our discretion, where we believe it is used for illegal or malicious purposes, breaches these Terms, is involved in payment fraud or disputes, endangers platform security, or exhausts service resources. Closed accounts get no refund. Termination decisions may be contested by reaching out to support.
Modifications
These Terms may change at any time. Material updates will be announced on the platform; continuing to use Seeleaks after publication counts as acceptance.
